KazAvtoZhol Secures Up to US$700 Million for Road Infrastructure Financing

On 28 October, Kazakhstan's national road operator KazAvtoZhol signed a financing agreement worth up to US$700 million with Halyk Bank, Bank CenterCredit and Eurasian Bank. The arrangement will refinance existing obligations to the Development Bank of Kazakhstan and support road infrastructure development, with the financing framework extending through 2034.
